How can I fix my Beko WMA10W Washing Machine?

Every time my machine goes into spin it makes a knocking noise, a bit like the drum inside is banging on its casing, all the springs and dampener arms are in place and taught and I just dont know what to do.

it sounds like the drum bearings might have gone
take the back off and remove the drive belt and rock the big fly wheel on the back of drum if there is play in the bearing then replace

replacement parts from www.espares.co.uk (separate parts)
www.diy-spares.com (complete kit)

tighten the bottom concrete counterweight to the tub as it is a common problem.do it now or it will break off the drum and completely ruin machine!.lay the machine on its back and you will see concrete weight at top left fastened (use the term loosely)to plastic tub.tighten 13mm bolts X 2 and retest .should be alot quieter.
