how can i fix my ls100t ravenheat combi boiler?

central heating works fine, timer ok,no domestic hot water in any position(sumer/winter)switch.boiler lighting but no hot water? im'e thinking d.h.w.sensor and/or d.h.w. potentiometer

I don't know if you've sorted this yet, but if the boiler does not light at all in response to HW demand, it might be the diverter valve or associated microswitch. I've got the same prob with my LS100T - the sensors and pots seem to be OK, and the microswitch works - and I had little black bits in the HW before it failed ... I'm hoping all this means that the diverter valve is faulty, as I've just bought a new one!
