Just re-format the sucker, they are a pain in the backside and even though cheap to buy they are just a big bag of hassle, I think if you put it into your usb port and hold down the play/pause button for fiffteen seconds it will offer you a re-format option but the problems will keep happening, Just got a sony walkman usb mp3 jobby and its perfect no glitches no problem and no batteries, oh happy days the internal batteries charge from your computer and last for ages, a quality buy, my Matsui has been taken out of action not that it provided much in the first place, peace
