how can i turn off the immobiliser on my 1999 renault clio 1.2RN?

how can i turn off the immobiliser on my 1999 renault clio 1.2RN? Its causing intermittent starting problems by staying on. Renault have replaced the ECU and new keys and charged me a fortune but its still the same. Please let me know how to turn this usless immobiliser off once and for all.
