Ican get dual flush or a complete new inside for the toilet. Its a stupid chrome colour piece of round plastic, originally from B & Q who have been no help at all. Thanks Karen

i can be of no help at all just to say i too found b&q useless with this and its part of the toilet that i bought from them!I got one from jewsons biulders.

Contact www.masefield-epsom.co.uk (Tel: 0121 557 3433) and ask for part number 8035800100 for the Sphinx single flush. B&Q were useless when I enquired and stated that all the display buttons at the Salisbury branch had been stolen!?

Too small an item for them to bother with and also many cisterns are not named so it's difficult to find out who made it and if they would send the spare part. Too much of the throw away culture nowadays that's ok if you can afford it or not worried about where all the throwaway stuff is going.

If the cistern is named take note and the parts to a local plumbers merchant and you may be lucky. It may have to be ordered but flutter your eyelashes and they may take one off their stock cisterns. note name on toilet as they may be made by same firm.
