Both the prewash and wash lights are blinking on my Hotpoint Aquarius dishwasher. The tray is also full of water. The only way to reset is to off at the wall. what do I do?

Hi, had a similar problem with ours. After speaking to an engineer, he suggested, unplug the dishwasher, wait approx 20 seconds. Then plug back in. This apparently can "reset" the default settings. After we done this, we used a good quality cleaner, and Hey Presto! back to normal. Hope this helps, good luck.
