my machine is blocked with hard washing powder under the drawer tried boiling water but still stuck cant get a pipecleaner in .do i need to take the bak off or not and how do i do that

my service 900 will not empty or spin on any cycle . the pum p is not blocked what is my problem?

remove the top cover of the machine,(power off) and disconnect the flexible hoses from the dispenser. Check if theyre blocked. The dispenser itself can be separated - generally held together with plastic clips. Clean out any crud or hardened detergent. Top generally slides off towards the rear of the machine after removal of screws at rear.
