I have the same problem. I took apart the defective one (Tamperproof T10 Torx driver needed) and measured the cells - one was defective. I soured a repalcement from CPC www.cpc.co.uk, it worked for a day then packed up. Now after more measurements another cell is faulty... I suspect the others have been perhaps weakened by the failure??? Now I have a problem, do I keep replacing cells at £5 a time (there are 20 in there) or buy a complete original new one???

Hope this Helps
