How can I fix my indesit wd12x washer dryer?

Has stopped mid cycle with water still in and dial keep going around until you turn off the mains. Or does anyone have an instruction manual with troubleshooting section as can't find mine?

turn off at mains set all dials to zero and programme to the dot. drain all water through the filter (this can be fount at the bottom right hand corner) turn filter anti clockwise to undo. once drained unserew the two holding screws to the filter. at this point i would advice loads of old rags to clean the excess water off. turn washer onto it's side so the bottom is exposed. the grey hose which is connected via a spring pin to the filter remove at this point excess water will drain. once done blow down pipe and place into a bucket on the floor wait till fully drained. Attatch items back together and replace the two screws holding the filter in at the front. STAND WASHER UP RIGHT. set the programme dial just shy of 1 plug back in to mains and turn on. let run for about 15mins turn off again at the front this time. set dial to the dot. wait about half hour. set programe to which one you mainly use and give it a test run.

Drain off the water from the release valve on the bottom of the macine, I know it is a bit messy, hard to get the water in to something without it going all over the floor, towels and plenty of them is the answer. when this is empty switch it off and leave t for about 4-5 mins, then set it to drain and turn it on again.
Good luck.

i have had that problem several times. I just turn it off on the front power switch then put it to the drain and spin option on the top left of the dial and this empties it of water then you can proceeed with the dry. sometimes you need to try this a few times or move the cycle wheel to the off position and turn it off and leave it for 5 mnins... also make sure that the filter at the front of the machine at the bottom is empty of all rubbish.. thanks

It sounds like the pump is blocked, and the machine has gone into fault mode.
