I have a NEFF microwave: model 5969
S/N E-NRH5962NOGB/01
The clock works - the turntable works but it doesn't heat anything! Is it possible to repair it? - it's about 6 years old (I think).
Please help.

Neff microwave model no H5470ONOGB last time used. 10 mins on full power(900) 4 times. worked O.K. then i noticed fuse had blown replaced fuse. now interior light works time clock works but turn on the lowest heat and fuse blows

Any appliance is fixable !
To diagnose the fault / faulty part you will need :.....
a) electrical meter (multi meter)
b) megger 500vdc
the parts that normally fail are : antisurge fuse/capacitor/magnetron/diode/microswitches
If you are not sure how to carry out these tests
you should get a competent engineer (approx £30.00)
