I need an instruction manual for my Necht cooker?

I was sold a Necht cooker and hob with my fitted kitchen. The cooker does not get hot enough to cook in and I did not get a book on how to use it. Do not even know the model but not even had it a year yet.

I actually think this cooker is total rubbish!!!!!!!!

You obviously bought your cooker from Rock Solid in Oldham as i did nothing is any good from them i suspect it is possibly a Baumatic but made to Rock Solid spec
