The fridge part is not as cold as it shoudl be, the light is on, so power is going into it. Milk etc... is going off in a couple of days. The freezer still has ice in it, but everything is soft, so it is not freezing as it used to.

It is approx, 3 years old. About a year ago, a huge lump of ice formed on the back wall of the fridge, and after several months, this just went away on it's own. We have a constant puddle of water under each veg drawer in the bottom of the fridge, this is dried every couple of days and still comes back, so we're not sure where the water is coming from as it doesn't look as if there is anything blocked in the fridge. Hope you can help.

you just need to clean a hole behind drawers and that will fix your problem...
