EPSON R 320 CD/DVD TRAY?

I GET A MESSAGE TELLING ME TRAY NOT ALINED PROPERLY .PRESS MAINTANANCE BUTTON BUT NOTHING HAPPENS .....I HAVE UNINSTALLED PRINTER AND REENSTALLED BUT STILL NOT WORKING PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP TY FOR YOUR TIME

The CD tray is sensed by a small switch under the semicircle of plastic on the right of the guide tray. The CD carrier must be in far enough to press the switch in. If it is in far enough, support the guide tray and tap the area with a pen. This may free the switch
