I have canon i-sensys MF6680dn copier, feeder jam ?

copier showing" feeder paper jam check feeder"

but there is no paper inside feeder ,what's the problem?

got same fault, found an enginer Bo Wen who fixed the problem, reasonable price, professional
engineer, he is based Surry Queys, London, call him :0751 2711 254. Good Luck !
