I have a blocked toilet, lots of loo roll has blocked it. we have tried everything coat hangers, plungers, some bendy pipe thing from B&Q and that hasn't worked. the bottom of the toilet is funny shaped and no plunger fits correctly. is this the time to use the mop wrapped in a bin bag???? i have heard that pouring boiling water down may help!

Hi, my toilet has been blocked for 2days now I think with poo or tissue ..... ive tried cleaning it with my hand. ...fail
Toilet brush & bags fail? Even odd bits to see if I could push it down. ...nothing worked! I couldn't afford a plumber even if I wanted to....please help

Hi,

I have a blocked bathroom :(
It is being caused by a flushed toilet rim block plastic container.
I think it is now under the bath in the pipe as my bath, sink and toilet are all blocked.

Can someone advise anything?

i used the vileda mop with a bag trick a few days ago, it worked a treat. However my sinks were not emptying properly as the cr*p all went back up the sink drain!!! easily fixed by opening the inspection chamber outside and clearing it by hand. Its a dirty horrible job but nessisary.
So remember that you may of plunged it through the pipe but it only moves it somewhere else so make sure you check your manholes!

trust me the mop head with the bag over the end works a treat did it today saved me calling a plumber after being blocked for 2 days,did this at work,its not in my job description but i fear i will get all the cr*p jobs now. he he
