Got Ravenheat RSF 820/20 central heating ok but water is running cold?

Central heating is working fine but when turn hot tap on full, water runs cold (if leave it running as a trickle runs hot thought!!) and ideas??

We have the same boiler with exactly the same problem. British Gas told me to get rid of it!

At least it's nice to know someone else has the same problem,
