How do I fix my amplifier?

The power doesn't go on. It's a 240 watt Rampage amplifier. I think it's because it encountered a magnet. Duh...How do I fix that?

Move the Amp away from the sub or magnet.
Make sure you have monster power cable wire red all the way from battery plus (+) to (+) on amp.
Make sure you have a short black monster cable power wire going from amp to a clean ground on car.
The radio should have a amp out this goes to the amp's remote wire or blue power wire.
Let us know if that fixed it .Make sure fuses are good.
If not the amp is gone.Shoulda got an Alpine.

I can' possibly imagine an amplifier being damaged by a magnet! Is this a valve guitar amp? If so do not poke around in the back as valves require a huge heater voltage to operate...
