my mp3 cannot be recognied by my computer. It also shows that there is no driver for te device. how?

Are you running vista or xp?
because vista still hasn't got all software drivers at this time.best thing to do is install driver from xp then vista will run mp3 drivers at reccommended settings.
Also try uninstalling drivers then reinstall. make sure you install drivers before connecting hardware.
