How do I re-pressure Worcester 24i combi boiler?

I have a Worcester 24i combi boiler, which was in our flat when we moved in about 11 months ago.

The system has run fine sine we moved in at very close to zero pressure but, earlier today, I had to switch off our electricity supply and now the boilr light won't fire up.

I would like to try re-pressuring the system to see if that helps but have no idea where to start. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing?

If you look at the pipes coming from the bottom of the boiler you will find (trace) a tap/valve on 2x pipes, turn taps on whilst watching your pressure gauge and fill to 1.1 marking on gauge. If you need to bleed/fill rads, then check pressure after bleeding/filling each rad and keep topping up untill system is full!
