'storemanlike' unhelpful

he said they didn't stock them and couldn't get
them anymore

any ideas?

i have a 18volt battery drill model CLM18CD and the charging base has melted. after countless attempt contacting B&Q which were useless i have managed to contact the company direct on 02083916767 where i have ordered one for £5.00. David
