The company is called Petters 1-866-289-5168. They no longer repair them but they will replace them for a brand new one, the cost is $95.00. This is if the player is no longer covered by the warranty. If still covered by warranty the replacement cost is less depending on if you have the purchase receipt and how long ago it was purchased.
