bolts for a Kenmore Ultra-Stitch 6?

I have a Kenmore Ultra-Stitch 6 Model#1340281 and I cant find the bolts/screws it can with the hold it to the sewing table. I went to my local hardware store and we tried about 20 different screws and nothing worked, but there are about 1,000 more that we could have tried. If anyone knows the size/style screw I need for this machine I would REALLY appriciate your help! THANKS so MUCH!

They are still sold by Sears Parts 1-800#. The portable case model # is located on the bottom side of the base. My case bottom says Model#251.9750180. When I called Sears Parts (after some research) they told me the screws are called machine screws and cost $3.49 each. This does make sense because they go through the holes in the bottom of the case and screw into the bottom of the sewing machine. My case has them but I inquired on behalf of others who may not be as fortunate. They are short screws with a very large flat head. No screwdriver slot.

You would be far better off finding the maker of the cabinet or finding a sewing machine supplier that sells your style of cabinet for the bolts, they are usually the same.
