HD TV Switching to standby?

I HAVE A JVC HV-28D40BK 28" DIGITAL TV AND IT'S APPROXIMATELY 15 MONTHS OLD.
THE TELLY WORKS BUT AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR IT SWITCHES ITSELF TO STANDBY. YOU THEN HAVE TO TURN IT OFF AND ON AGAIN TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN.
