Computer screen keeps flickering on and off?

Computer screen on my desktop PC keeps fickering on and off. It also says no hard disc drive detected. I have changed the grapics card but this hasnt worked screen still wont stay on.

Have you messed with the cmos boot order settings ?

boot from hdd , select the correct one in cmos if you have more than one, save the settings and exit. try to see what happens now
