Can I fix my sons' Nintendo DS Lite?

My son accidently dropped his DS Lite and now it won't turn on. When put on to charge, the charging light comes on but, again, nothing happens when you try to turn it on. A normal screwdriver will not fit the screws in the back - will I do more damage trying to fix this myself or is there a 'simple solution' out there?

Hi, if you have experiance soldering you shouldn't have a problem. Will more than likely be fuse thats come loose/blown. You would need a Tri-Wing screwdriver to open it up, can be found here with repair service if you dont want to do it yourself: www.console-spares.co.uk
