My sons NDSI stoped working all of a sudden, we cant get passed a msg that read " A problem has occured please press power and see manual" would someone please help, I cant afford to buy a new one right now. thanks.

First thing is to actualy READ the user's manual that came with your NDSi. After all, that's what the error message ask you to do...
