candy aqu-1400 not spining?

my candy aqu-1400 will fill up with water,but the drum will not turn or spin, can anyone help, please

Possibly a problem with the motor, motor carbon brushes or the motor drive circuit board (module). Also if heater or thermostat is faulty, the machine will not advance thru the program.
