I have a kenmore 90 series washer and it wont spin. How can i fix it?

I have a kenmore 90 series washer. It was about to start it's last spin cycle and it started making this weird loud EEEERRRRRR sound and wont spin. I was wondering if it may be the belt or the motor, and if it is, how do i fix it??
