please download driver & software for epson c46 on windows vista as i am having problems changing my cartridges from my scc facility

try

Remove all the C46 printer drivers and then unplug the printer. Restart the PC and then plug in printer and switch on. When PC says 'new hardware found' follow the prompts to download the driver (vista has updates for all legacy epson printers)
