Diplomat Dishwasher - Unable to select program?

I have a built in ADP 8342 dishwasher but i when i turn it on the green 'on' light comes on but no other lights so i am unable to select a program. I have refilled the salt container but still nothing. Can anyone help?

if its any help you dishwasher is a whirlpool but they dont want you to know that information, phone them they might help you.
