hi. my servis washer does the following on every cycle, it fills ok, then does a few slow spins, has a minute or so rest then slow spins again,then nothing. it never completes a full cycle. i put it on rinse cycle it emptys ok and when i move it onto spin it wont spin on the spin cycle. any help would be greatfully received

Sounds as if the heater isnt working. Power off, remove back cover. Heater is located at bottom of drum. Disconnect wiring, undo central mounting nut and prise it out of its rubber seal - may require some effort. Replace heater, use sealant when refitting rubber seal and ensure it is fully pushed into the recess in the backplate.
