Every time I turn on the tap for the bath the water rune very cold for 30-50 secs before the water start to come out warm. the water is never very hot.

baxi solo is not a combi boiler ...... ur hot water will be stored in a cylinder ..... if u run a hot tap it wont make ur boiler fire ...

The HW is firing up, I have switched the dial to HW only, the temperature lights are say on 50 they go down to zero , there is a wheering sound as if the bioler is trying to fire, occcasional the fan fault slight flashes a few times then it fires and water get hot slowly, i tried this again this morning it took 4mins 32 secs for the boiler to fire from the time I turned the hot tap on.
changed mother board,diverter value.

Any ideas?

check that cylinder stat has not been touched and that the boiler is firing up on hw
