problem with Bush DFTA11?

had it about 2years? now no problems at all. but all of a sudden it has decided to start playing up.

keeps constantly flicking on and off, wont respond to remote.
tried unplugging, changing batteries etc. any ideas?

Budget boxes are not really worth bothering with once they start to go wrong. I'd bin it and buy anew one.
