The AEG dishwasher starts cycle to programe (Any prog.) after 6 min's Spray Arm Warning light and bleep starts!
Have run the machine empty and checked if arms are catching, even removed all 3 spray arms and run, problem still occurs - help?

top arm has a magnet in it and in the door is a reed switch which counts the revolutions of the top spray arm.if the pulses from the reed switch are below the amount required then the alarm comes on.check top arm is rotating during wash cycle and check magnet in top hasn't come loose inside spray arm.clean all holes in spray arm to make sure that it rotates at max rpm.sometimes changing top arm sorts problem as magnet can become weak,but there are other reasons that can cause fault.blockages,diverter not operating etc
