i have a worcester combi boiler 24cdi and i cant find how to fill the tank the pressure is very low and the tank needs filling

to refill a 24 you need the white plastic key which comes with the boiler. its inserted and twist locked in on the bottom of the boiler in a black housing. (may have white grill to pull off first). Then there is a grey wheel to turn and allow water into the system. when topped up. shut off grey wheel and remove key. (small amount of water will emerge to but thats normal)
