Glow-Worm 38cxi fault F1?

The boiler is about 18 months old and has started to fail to ignite and registers F1 as the fault. The service engineer has checked all the wiring etc and can't find anything obvious. Has anybody come across this one before and if so what to do.

Many thanks, Boilerman.
I think I will go for the new pcb, it's not much dearer than a glow-worm call out.

F1 is either gas/ gas valve problem, incorrect combustion settings, should be around %9.0 using gas analyser, or if its 18 months old the main PCB has a fan fault causing random F1 faults, contact Glow-worm to arrange a repair.
