AEG dishwasher 50750 Not heating?

The dishwasher does not heat un and the end of cycle steam does not happen - Any ideas?

i have had this fault since july last year and have had 6 vists from the AEG engineer to "fix" it.

they have no clue why it is happening. I am collecting all references online to show them i am not the only one!!
