How can i fix my Camray 3 oil boiler?

I recently ran out of home heating oil and after re filling with oil,my boiler will not now fire up.Does my boiler need bleeding, and if so how do i go about it?The boiler is a Camray 3 model.

Yes your boiler needs bleeding at the pump...undo the flexible oil feed pipe to the pump, prepare for spillage, and let 1/2 a litre or so of oil through and reconnect. Then try for start up - if intermittent look for a bleed nipple on the pump itself. Occasionally coloured (riello) or black with a hole drilled in the end (danfoss). You can normally bleed the pump only when the boiler is trying to start up though.
