Machine has gone from working fine to no cycle options available. Water was sitting in bottom of machine which we have now emptied but still no success. Had a gas man round to try and fix our kickspace heater in kitchen and wonder if he may have done something to the water flow (we closed all radiators and he did something in boiler cupboard also) to cause this problem which seemed to start on same day...?

sounds like the main pcb power supply has died or loose connection onto pcb board
