Hi there,there is a reset button on the bottom of the unit press it and hold for 20 seconds if that dont work just try it a couple of time's,

you have burnt one of the chips on circuit board out costs about 45 pounds to be fixed..its mostly becouse people use wrong chargers ie not official tomtom ones..look on ebay under faulty tomtom and theres a couple of people who fix them..
