The simple answer is YES. The more complicated answer is that you might have to cut and join wires if your car does not have the ISO standard plugs - in which case you might be able to get an adapter loom to do the connectins for you rather than have to cut wires.
The Tevion bluetooth radio is OK. It will never be able to compete with items costing vastly more, but as a budget item it is good
