p.s. if you are planning on doing disconnect the CD/radio from the car and account all the screws and fixing especially the springs. to secure the plastic i recommend sellotape as you can take it off if the loose plastic isnt the problem.

hi
does the cd player start clicking when you press eject button? if it does, it means that the gear casing is loose, i had the same problem but the only way to fix this is by opening it up and securing it with somthing like tape or superglue. is the clear plastic over the gears that is loose that causes a gear to pop up during ejection which is why you hear the clicking.
