My central heating boiler has locked out after running out of oil how can i fix it

very old boiler think it has an electrical problem but cannot get the lid of due to no space above the system. not sure whether lid slides of or lifts of any suggestions.

on mine if you hold down the button too the right it should be illuminated orange if locked out, press and hold this button then slack off the bleed nipple on top of the pump you should see some bubbles come out, tighten the bleeder, wait a couple of mins and repeat this process, until all the air is out of the system then eventualy the burner strikes up, steve
