My central heating is lukewarm?

Can anybody help me pleeeeeeeeeease my hot water works but my heating is hot at the nearest rad but fades to nothing the furter it travels, its a basic 3 bedroom house.
the boiler is a sime combi non condensing...ive drained it and flushed it out with a power flush and still no good and the pump works fine too any ideas anyone?oh its kettling at the boiler too?

the pump may feel like it's spinning but in actual fact the impeler can detatch it'self inside the pump.
isolate each side of the pump & remove pump body & check. other than it may have a blockage in the pipework.
