How can I fix a Hotpoint WD865 error F-18?

I have a Hotpoint WD865 Washer Dryer which tripped the electric suppliy whilst I was out and now will not let me select any washing/drying cycles.

It's currently flashing F-18 and I cannot find out what this relates to our whether this is easily fixed or not.

Mines now doing the same? Did you manage to fix it? It goes on to do a spin but the screen flickers off and it stops!
