I'm having problems with the automatic gearbox in my Frontera 2.2 dti. I need to check the level of the gearbox, but can't locate the dipstick. Where is it?

Probably has,nt got a dip-stick vauxhall use a gearbox called a gm4l30e a twin sump gearbox the level is checked with the engine running in park theres a 13mm bolt in the side of the large sump remove this with the engine running if the level is correct should trickle out of the hole,the oil should be red and clear when smeared onto the back of your hand with no smell.
What problems are you having with it?
