Can I replace the electronics on a Siemens WXL 1452?

On the Siemens machine it says SIWAMAT XL 1452. When starting any program, the water runs in but is not heated. It then washes and the LED counts down until it gets to 001. The machine then continues to wash forever. At no time does it empty water out, centrifuge or rinse. Sounds to me like the electronics have failed. Isn't there a PCB that can be easily replaced?

The problem could be the relay of the header broken.
You can find it in the electronic card , the relay in the corner (check with the tester the continuity from header to relay contact).

To easy to think its the pcb, you would be better off buying a multi meter from Argus or somewere, and checking heater element average ohms 22 to 36 if no reading element at fault.
