How can i fix my slipping bars?

My bar keeps slipping from my stem, and i just bought my bike.
can anyone help, and if i have to change it do i have to change both or can i only change the stem?

you need 2 get the stem and bars titernd harder or change stem to sute bars stem is cheeper than bars ok
