How can I increase water level in Bosche Maax WFL 2260 ?

My washing machine, Bosche Maax WFL 2260, does not rinse the clothes properly. How can I increase the water level?

What is it doing?
If it's leaving white marks you are using too much powder.
Cut down the dosage to half a cup per wash and only use the drawer on the left for powder.
