looking for some expertise on this boiler before the engineer comes out to look at it as i don't want to seem totally clueless! the boiler has been losing pressure frequently over the past few weeks! When i repressured it today water started leaking from the boiler itself! Any ideas what the problem or problems may be?

unfortunately the leak/leaks could be from pretty much any part of the boiler. the constant loss of pressure together with obvious signs. ask the engineer to show you where its coming from. could be where a sensor fits, pump housing, etc etc.
